At The Well, you will be seen, known and loved. You will find hope and healing in a loving, safe and authentic community! You will experience God's love in unimaginable ways through our sessions, events and intimate experiences with Him.
Our Purpose
We create space for people to encounter Jesus and be transformed by His love.
​Jesus said to the Woman at The Well, “If you drink from the water that I give you, then you will never thirst again.” She had an encounter with Jesus. He met her at The Well. He saw her, knew her, and loved her
—and then she told everyone about Him.
Our purpose is the same: Encounter Jesus. Be transformed. Share His love.​

In an authentic, safe, and loving community, we discover our value, purpose, and identity. When we truly know who we are, we understand what we are made to do—and we can share God’s love with the world in the unique way He created us to. As we discover the unique “Cup of Joy” that God has placed inside each one of us and we share that unique identity with others and then receive from others who are doing the same, we reflect the love and relationship of Father, Son, and Spirit, and live fully into the purpose for which we were created.

Hope
Let the Redeemed of the Lord Say So
We are the redeemed children of God through the blood of Jesus. We all have a story and every story matters. Our wounds and our scars all tell a story. Jesus heals our wounds. Our scars are a testimony. Shame dies when stories are told in safe places. We overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. The Well is a safe place where shame dies and hope is found.
Truth
Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life
Everything that we do at The Well is focused on Jesus Christ. Just as Jesus met the Samaritan woman at Jacob's well when He was here on the earth, He will meet us everyday at The Well. When we encounter Jesus, we are changed. He comes to us, sees us, knows us, loves us and saves us. We will know the truth and the truth will set us free!
Freedom
A crown of beauty instead of ashes
Truth and hope lead us to freedom. We are all on a journey to become the one who we were created to be from the beginning. God created every one of us with a destiny and a purpose. Psalm 139 says "Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be." The truth sets us free. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom!
